Landing - form or address for PR card

We recently landed in Toronto using our COPR letters, however, we did not fill any forms directly related to the PR card. I'm now wondering at which point were we required to provide an address for the PR card to be sent to?

There is no PR card form to fill out when landing. The officer should have asked for an address.
