Hi guys my hubby got call for an interview rnd of this month. They started processing his stuff at the KVO in August.

I want to know how many weeks, months, or days do they give him to fly out of JA, Once they stamp his passport?

HELP!!!

My husband just got a call for interview. They requested his passport but also other documents regarding our relationship. I don't know what to send. I sent 300 pictures. We don't talk over the telephone, it's to expensive. Our whatsapp convo for a year is 399 pages. Isn't that a bit excessive to take?

That's strange that you applied recently and they're still requesting more documents. I think you just need to show proof after you applied. So from July up until now.

Question....my husband and I talk on the phone several times a day....whatsapp calling...Sim calling...and tango
I also have new pics since I sent application so I will be providing phone bill...whatSapp call logs, tango call history and new pictures. Those should be sufficient?

I am hesitant to send in our whatsapp chat history. It just doesn't sit well with me and makes me feel quite vulnerable. Like we have had fights.... tears...and very personal conversations.

I understand what you mean with the chat history. But to make it seem more real I added some chats of us arguing as well lol, just so I didn't pick out all the good conversations considering no couple just has the lovey dovey convos.

Umm so what other form of communication do you guys have. They have doubts about your marriage thats why they are asking for more stuff.


This is what I sent:

- Pictures
- Digicel top ups
- Skype convos
- Facebook posts in our dating and marriage stage
- Western Union vouchers
- Ticket print outs from visits to Jamaica
- Documents stating me changing my name to my husbands last name
- Phone bill print outs.


If you have already submitted pictures and whatsapp convos i dont think that will do. I think they would want other ways for you to prove your marriage

I don't necessarily think just because they request new communication means they have doubts about the marriage. I sent in almost 6 years of evidence and they still requested more. I feel they just want updated communication to show that things are still progressing after the application date.

I have never ordered notes, just wondering if they give any indication as to what redflags or doubts they have about marriage in the notes?

Be aware if you send a lot with your original application there is a good chance they won't upload it all into the system. If you have enough time before your interview order notes to see what the red flags are. Quality over quantity.

when he gets back his passport the stamp inside will say when it expires.

I sent over 200 pictures, copies of my and all my children's passports showing stamps into jamaica, whatsapp and Facebook Convo, we both wrote 3 page letters explaining our relationship from the begining,

When you applied did you send duplicates. I assumed my file and his file would travel together to KINV

have your children write a letter welcoming their new step-dad to the family. If you filed your income tax as married. And added him on theirs proof. I did that and the letter. Those work, because it shows that hes involved with your children.
