In the letter I received it says my husband needs to send the medicals to the Kingston Office if he has not yet and he hasn't. Should we wait until they contact us or should we send it ASAP, I just dont want anything to get lost ???? Though I did send his medical in with our application ...

Also it shows in eCAS Medical has been received..

Sorry just a little confused

You can email them and ask to see if they need them again since it says they are received

I'm pretty sure that's just the generic sponsorship approval letter saying that if you haven't sent in the medical/police check then to send it in. If you already sent everything in with your original package then you should be ok, especially if your ecas says medical received. If you're worried you can always try contacting them, but I'm pretty sure that if it says they have it in ecas then you shouldn't need to send it in again! :)

I used to send in additional support maybe 3-4 times in my process. I sent pictures and travel itinerary for every trip from the point we submitted the application to literally right before we got the visa. I visited my hubby April 16th and he submitted his passport right before I got there...when I got back 5 days later (short trip) I sent pics of my trip and itinerary..perhaps at that point they already made their decision but I still put it in lol

Where do you send the info too? What address??please :) email??

Hubby got an email today asking for the long form birth certificates (Statement of live birth) for our sons. This means they are processing now right? I mean they wouldnt ask unless they have started working on it finally?

Can someone tell me if Kingston is big on age difference because me and my husband are 27years apart. I sent a lot of documents but still scared they will deny even after a 8 year relationship :(

I think this was asked before, but it really all depends on who you get and how much evidence you have. I think if its legit and has been legit for 8 years you don't have much to worry about..... the age gap is fairly large, but it happens, right? Dont worry too much.... we will help you along the way if something comes up

Trust me I know how you feel. Somedays are better than others. Last week really wasnt good for me. I yelled at hubby a lot for my frustrations of him not being here to help with the kids. Its hard to deal with. I had to stop coming on here everyday too as it was making me depressed. Stay busy and stay focused. :)
