Well then...I'll take a box on the side...lol!

How are you doing? I am here sitting really still like a good little girl with my legs crossed, hands in my lap, and not saying a word...waiting on my VO to pick up the phone and call my husband.

Oh might I add that I am wearing a fluffy dress, with ribbons in my hair, and white frilly socks...lol!

DG...LMFAO...I think you need to take a picture of that and send it to KGN so that they can see just how patient you are being!!! HAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!

That was fast...the program only started accepting applications on Jan. 2.

This part is a crock of Sh**

“Our government understands the importance of spending time with family and loved ones and we committed to improving the immigration system so that families can be reunited more quickly. Canada has the most generous family reunification program in the developed world. Complementing this program, the new Super Visa remains a convenient option with a high approval rate for those who wish to visit their families in Canada for up to two years at a time.”

High approval rate? We tried twice for a visitors visa, 2nd time we were better prepared and they still refused us despite adequate savings and all. They kept twisting the reasons why they denied us...when I showed the denial forms to my MP, he was surprised because there was no grounds for refusal...

I previously posted today that our immigration system is quite discriminating. SMH...at our system being so developed.

Don't have to tell me that twice. I am white. My wife is black. A few days ago where I live I saw a bus at a stop light. There was a black girl with a baby stroller rushing to the bus stop. She stood there waiting by the bus to open the door. I swear. If I was a cop, I'd turn on my lights and park right in front of that bus and give him shit until he opened those doors and let that girl in. And they wonder why bus drivers get beat up. What an asshole.

Oh yea, I've seen this happened before. The driver was punjabi and didn't stop at the bus stop to pick up the black woman.... Smh

This driver was white. It was very tempting just to block the bus path and not move and hold him up until cops showed up and he let that girl in.

Interesting that you bring this topic to light. I am currently taking a course called Race, Ethnicity, and Justice in Canada. These two videos hit the nail on the head. Canada has been far from accommodating with their immigration practices and policies since and before Confederation. More Canadians and New Canadians should be educated on the discriminatory practices and policies that are in place to "control" their admission into this country.

If you like I can send you some articles that elaborate more on how the current Skilled Workers Program is the new form of Indentured Servitude.

I admire your bravery.. This is new for me, someone wanting to engage me intellectually. I humbly accept your offer. Please share.

I have quite a lot of friends who have come on this visa and it's absolutely true. It makes me sick toy stomach the way these wonderful and hard working people are being treated.
