East Coast is -12, feels like -23, snowing, blowing snow warning as the wind is 63km so far. Schools and most businesses are closed (except MY office - of COURSE! )

Oh shut the front door!!! I wonder if we will get that storm (Ontario)... right now it's SO cold but it's sunny and clear skies!

Come on Kingston, we got 4 passports that need to be returned. We got alot of PPR's and in process waiting.... and we have 2 sponsor approvals that need approved in Mississauga. Finish this week off with a bang!

Enjoy yourselves and keep praying that baby comes. Try ovulation kits to increase your chances to conceive but don't think about it when ur making love it will just happen. I will have my fertility appointment in a few weeks looking forward to starting the pregnancy journey.

Awe that is so sweet. Hopefully all goes well and baby comes ASAP. I would love to have a baby with my husband but he had a vasectomy many years ago when his son mother took his son away to Brandon at age 4. His heart was broken and his son cried for 10 yrs when he visit and had to go back to Brandon. He said never again will he allow another woman to do that to him. We thought about adoption but that's too much work, so we gonna do IVF. We already looked into and his doc refers him to a clinic.

No one in my family or friends will know, not sure about his family yet. But I only share this on here because it's safe here Lol! If all goes well with Immigration and life in Canada we will be preg within 2yrs thinking immigration maybe half of that. I hope I get preg with 2-5babies ;D

Monday is a new week and I think you should be picking up that phone and calling some of our spouses. It's not that hard to do. Some of us have been waiting way to long!! We all do. Jamaicans are so proud, especialy man. Sharing their feeling is frequently taken as a sign a weakness, it's a cultural thing, they were raised like that, we just cannot take it personal. After almost five years, my husband came to understand that sharing his feelings with his wife was not something weak, it was a proof of trust and love, and that it felt dawm good! It's not something that comes naturally, it cost him, but it's a work in progress.

It was the first time that he admited to find this holiday season so hard this year, beeing away from me. I felt so sad to know he was miserable, but it was tears of joy that came to my eyes knowing that he was opening himself to me so freely, without shame. It was ok to be a little down for once, tomorrow he'd be strong and positive, but not that night. We both hope that we'll plan and live it together next year with his extended Family. He knows I'll be there to support him going through every challenge he will have to face; culture, language, cold, job, etc...

We all experience the same things my friends, we are all in the same boat. We just have to remain strong, to support each other and our partners throughout that long and difficult process.

Like! I hope your hubby knows how blessed he is to have met you...

BRRRR!!!! Goodmorning everyone!

Let's play a game called "How cold are you today" where you tell us the temperature with and WITHOUT windchill!!!

I am currently sitting at -22, but feels like -30. No heat in my office so I am wearing my outdoor attire and the ice is on the INSIDE of the doors here.

I know a few of you can blow me out of the water with your frigid temperatures, let's go!!!

Aww, I feel so sorry for all of you with the cold temperatures!
6 degrees here in Vancouver!! That's nearly tropical compared to what some of you are suffering through!
