he will maddnt and god wont let you down. do u have proof of continuing relationship since u have been home. skype,money order, text ect?

i also go a couple of cards when we first me....she send me couple letters with pics of her kids back when we was just friends....i was not alot of things i have but i will sure bring those with me to my interview as evidence also

Yes, you must use the most recent version of each form. If you use an out of date form you risk having your application and/or form being sent back to you.

Oh shoot !! Just when I had everything all together...So now hubby is gonna have to do his too im assuming cuz his are from march and I cant find if his are current or not and I need his signature on mine :'(

Would it be a bad idea if I filled out again for hubby since I already have his forms I'll just put in his answers and then mail it all to him to sign and send back to me ? Getting him to do it again will be like pulling teeth! is that a bad idea????

yes my friend.....since me and wifey got married i have been saving my proof like western union receipt, her plane ticket, pictures of us while she is here, chat conversation, phone records, and i also have post cards she send me......im going to print off my facebook messages very soon so she can print them and send them to me before the interview

When did your hubby sign the form you have? Maybe CIC gives a grace period of how long they will accept an old version of a form. I tried looking on the CIC website but I can't find any information for you.

here is what they say in my note about interview requested......i would sure love everyone opinion on this also....... you all can sure give me some pointer on this statements

limited proof of relationship development pre-marriage - limited proof of progression post marriage

PA declares on the imm 5490 form the following - first contact sponsor online on 1/10/2008

propose to sponsor over the telephone 19/9/2010........wish on my application stated that my wife is the one that propose to me over the phone....lol.....they got that part mixed up

wedding took place in jamaica on 7/10/2010.....they got the year mixed up also.....but i think i know why they wrote it that way......when i was filling out the application about to describe the wedding i forgot to put the year on it....i just put the month and date on it...

neither sponsor family or friend attend the wedding: PA states on imm 5490 form this is do to personal reasons Eligibility subsequent to interview of PA.

Hi Maddants,

I pray everything goes well for you. I guess the VO just wants to ensure he/she is within their guidelines to ensure everything is legitimate.
Based on how you talk about your relationship and love for your wife; I know you will be just as expressive in the interview. The VO will have no doubt after talking to you.
It would be awesome if when you know the date your wife could go back to JA for moral support in the interview.
