When did your hubby sign the form you have? Maybe CIC gives a grace period of how long they will accept an old version of a form. I tried looking on the CIC website but I can't find any information for you.

He signed it in January Do you think I can redo his app for him here with his answers and just send it to him for him to sign it ? I just got back from JA 2 Weeks ago too wish I knew this then and im not going back till august

Just signed on to ECAS on a sunday evening lol. I get more depressed everytime I log on to the site only to see 'application received'. Sometimes I feel we will never get through

I'm not the best person to answer this because I'm going to give you the answer you don't want to hear! lol! The applicant is supposed to complete their own forms so it's probably in your best interest for your hubby to complete them on his end and send them to you. I'm sure that others will chime in with their opinions that may be more to your liking!

Kingston is going to wrap up some applications for the last week of the quarter and give us gifts of PPR for Canada Day!!!!! Or in your case, a nice shiny visa inside your hubby's passport!

This question was asked before and you can fill out the application for your husband and send it to him to sign off on there is no problem with that. Hope that helps you many have done this before. I used a representative and they did the paper work for my husband and I and we just signed.

And to add to this, I would strongly suggest you complete the Use of a Representative form (IMM5476) which indicates that your hubby received assistance/guidance with his application. Although I didn't complete my hubby's application, we completed the Use of a Representative form because I assisted him every step of the way.

As a side note: if you complete this form, your address will show under your hubby's contact information on e-cas.

I'm soooo sorry to hear of your mom's passing - of course you are still grieving. :'( :-* Did you try getting a TRV for your hubby to come to your mom's funeral?

How is that beautiful baby of yours doing?
