well what am concerned about here is the fact that he overstayed, so for his application to be processes any further he have to face immigration either turn himself in or something, because they will not process someone who is out of status and is illigal in the country. am trying to figure out how did he fill out a sponsorship application, they would ask you for those details, were you staying, are you authorised to stay there copies of your passport etc etc.

my advice is lawyers are expensive get yourself a good councellor its cheaper, you only need a lawyer if things are very seriouse like a refugee.

well no immigration doesnt handle that..that is canada boarder control department, but when immigration will notice that, they cannot process an application to an illigal immigrant, so most likely they will toss it away and notify cbsa about him. the best thing to do is get a councellor a good one and tell them everything before he turns himself in, the councellor will advice him of his options. but yes be very carefull with lawyers and counsellor they are all crooks.

Well I've learned a long time ago, when you ask God for a good man, you have to be really specific. I think that goes with all things in life. Know what you want and then ask. If you don't know what you want, it could pass you by and you'd miss out! Yes I am very blessed to have gotten everything on the list and then some. Not kidding.

Hubbie and I are kind of funny. We crack jokes with each other when a good looking person walks by. We don't take those things very seriously. I mean there are just some things that you cannot control nor stop. As long as you aren't blind, you're always going to admire and that's natural. It doesn't mean that you'd leave the one you love just because a hottie walks by. As long as your man doesn't stare, then what's the harm and vice versa?
