another suggestion to this is there is a forum that is for inland applications, maybe if she signed up and went on that forum, I am sure if the Vancouver thing was true then they would know on that forum and could give her more information.

doesn't matter what forum she goes to, we here are very knowledgeable about immigration matters, for instant in the span of two years i went through 15 immigration lawyer and alot of stress but i gained soo much knowledge of the immigration process, and am sure many of us here have gone through those situation one way or the other, that why it doesn't matter were she goes she will get a wealth of knowledge. sometimes i feel when i go back home i should be a bloody immigration consultant.(bloody crooks) lol
