It def isnt sweety, its a work in progress..and what you sow is what you reap...so if u want to live a long happy marriage, you gotta put in some hard work and extra effort, best believe that! If u don't..then just sit there and everything will eventually crumble down on you.

When I met my husband I was honest with him, he asked me if I would ever leave him and I told him that the one thing I would have real diffculty with is infidelity. I opened my heart to him and helped him understand how I viewed it and what message he would be sending to me (although he's not that type of man at all) and he got it. Now I have to trust that he has my heart and will not destroy it. He opened himself to me also, and I will honour him and what he expects of me also as his wife, I'm not going to shame him like so many others did before me. I'm in this for love Cee, nothing more than love and I truly, deeply and sincerely love my husband with all my heart. His protection and love for me makes me want to never do or say anything to hurt him. To me that's love. I also know that having God at the centre of your marriage makes all the difference in the world. I didn't have that the first time around. These are all hard lessons learned for me that I want to share with all my Sistas, or whoever wants to hear.
