I went for an interview at the cic kgn on the 1oth of october 8am and i didnt told i was issued the visa,the office told me she has to consult her supervisor.however she took my passport and birthcertificate and told me she will be contacting me in 2 weeks however its more that 2weeks and i am really worried.

Morning all! well small update for me, my husband completed his medical on Wednesday, So now he is just waiting for the papers I sent him to sign, and he will be sending all back to me!!! November 11th the app will be in the mail god willing (fingers cross) slowly but surely...you know what they say...one one coco full basket

Mrslwsn, woo hoo almost there!! Took me 4 months to do my paperwork or was it 5, But i got it done! I dont know why it was so intimidating for me, looking back now...seems like it's not as tough as I made it out to be! And by NO means was I saying it was an easy thing!! Omg it's so hard for me to stay focused and I am so easily distracted, but I got through it, we all did and soon you will too Mrslwsn, we are rootin for ya!

Well, what do you know? I sent a CSE after 60 days had passed since KG received our file, requesting that they advise us of the file number. With more than twice that gone with no reply, I decided to email the regular email address for the Immigration section, which I did last night around 9:30 when someone suggested it to me. Lo and behold, KG answered my email just now with my file number. Who knew, they are still at work there!

So...if you don't receive an AOR, "force" one by emailing the general email address!

About ecas, I recieved a client id# when you enter the number does it matter I entered mine all 8 digits like so xxxxxxxx or was it supposed to be xxxx-xxxx with a space?
I was given my client ID# over the phone so I couldnt register exactly as shown becuase all I have is the number.I know it wont show up right away...but now I'm ???
Also for my last name I used all caps does this matter?
