I thought it was fast too! But they've got ppr today and it's only been 2-3 months. We need to put in applications for hubby's boys and don't want to expect a year then in 3 months have to get everything together and ready within a couple months instead... especially since we will need a bigger home and vehicle .

Maybe it's just a fluke cause SA is running anywhere from 40-56 days right now before it's even transfer to JA but let's see what others have to say who has sponsored children that is definitely not normal

Wow, that was literally the luck of the draw. 1 in a million I'd say. Congrats to them though.

Does anyone know how long it's currently taking for childrens outland applications approximately? Hubby has a family member who is in Canada and just got ppr for his kids after only putting the application in about 2-3 months ago? Is this normal time wise?

My friends husband said it took her a total of 6 months from start to finish. Apparently dependents take priority she said. I'm hoping so as we have sponsored my husbands daughter. Would like to get her enrolled in school and stuff.

I am trying to update the forms and this ADOBE is being difficult!! All files are locked for editing. So I downloaded another PDF editor and sigh ongoing issues. Googled and did some trouble shooting to no avail.

I'm really bad at technology , I had started filling out forms then saved them and wanted to go back and update/continue filling them but it wouldn't let me ( dunno maybe it was because invalidated the forms and maybe it locks it for editing)... Anyhow the basic ones I just did over again ( pain in the butt) and the longer ones I printed out and completed long hand if I knew I was going to go back/ forth.

I'm sure there's an easier way but I couldn't figure it out so I just worked around it... Feeling your pain

The name of the photo studio must be stamped and dated on the photos. The applicant name must also be written on it
