Hi , I just wanted to confirm what address I should mail the receipt to for the RPRF. I decided to log into CIC. Decision has been made. My husband has an interview next week and they have asked him to bring in :
Birth certificate
Marriage certificate
Police certificate
RPRF payment
Passport

Clicked on decision made and it said:
We recieved your application on June 16, 2014
We sent you a letter on August 5,2014 about the decision on your application

We recieved a letter stating the application had been recieved on August 5. I know my thought process is not the greatest right now because of what I am going through. I just need hi right now. I can't think straight. Should I courier the letter to Mississauga?

Is the address :
CPC Mississauga
P.O Box 6100 station A
Mississauga, on
L5A 4H4

You should call CIC or email them to find out. I wouldn't mail them anything without specific instructions from them with a specific address. You risk having your receipt go missing. Just give them a call and ask them to clarify, so you can avoid any delays.

Actually when you pay the RPRF you can email the receipt to CIC in Mississauga. The address is on the website. You don't need to mail anything out.

Also are you looking at decision made under the sponsorship side or your hubby's side? You side would say decision made as you were approved to sponsor your hubby

I think you are correct Sammy. I will email the receipt and call to confirm on Friday. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure than because I know that you are supposed to pick up completed police checks at the station. Maybe try calling or emailing them to find out.

Thank you Sammy. We ended up doing it the same way we did it the first time when we sent a complete application back in May 2014. We're having the police clearance done and sent back to hubby in the U.S. then we will send everything they requested in one package (pictures, fbi clearance, police certificate from Jamaica, and email correspondence).

It sometimes takes a few days for it to show up on your file so don't be surprised if you call and they don't see it right away

I am so pissed off angry frustrated mad everything at this damn process I wish they could either send a respond to say the reject the process so I can move on with my life or they just approved the damn thing, they requested police clearance in December and they received it on the 12 of January, I email them asking for more indept details on my process and these people are gonna let me know they are still waiting on PC, so I wrote them an email to let them know who received it and the day n time It was received, I am loosing my mind here, my husband is here in jamaica visiting me n our son, he leaves on Saturday and he was hoping to hear some good news, my faith is so low I feel like giving up n don't care anymore, port of Spain I thought would process faster but I guess I was fooling myself

I just wanna hear something am tired of all this waiting n wondering when will this end

Hi there, I too am feeling so pissed off right now. I heard back from POS and they stated that the Right of Permanent Residence Fee was never paid. when in fact it was paid by the immigration lawyer who worked on our application. It was actually paid in March 2014, has this happened to anyone before?

Thanks

If you have the receipt of payment you can email it to Mississauga and they will add to your file if it isn't there. Also call CIC to see if they do have it

Thank you. I have just sent the receipt to both Mississauga and POS, hoping that this will work out smoothly form here on end.

We just got another letter stating: to conclude your application you will need to pay RPRF. I have not followed up today on the email that I sent them with the receipt. This is was already stated in the previous letter they had sent requesting a whole bunch of other stuff. Has anyone had the ask for all this and still deny the application?
