Hey peeps this wat i saw on hubby esae status, from last year I've been trying the UCI , finally it worked today. Here goes, please add me to time line.......

We received your application to sponsor .For my nameon February 3, 2014.

We started processing your application on February 28, 2014.

We sent you a letter on March 12, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
(Letter stated that he have outstanding $ , social service , however he paid it off in october .)

Permanent Resident
We received my name application for permanent residence on February 3, 2014.

We started processing my nameapplication on October 27, 2014. (This the same day he paid the last $, so debt with social service is closed)

Medical results have been received. (Meds was done from 2013)

A decision has been made on my nameapplication. The office will contact my name concerning this decision. ( this was up from November, still waiting, I email n they said that I'm still in processing time.i Have a long waiting, well let's hope not).

When was the last time you email them and they respond to you that you are in processing time?

I want thanks everyone from this forum for support and help during this wait time, God bless all of you, it's a great family here and I am thankful for it.

I know almost all of you sponsored Jamaican spouse, but let's keep in mind that Kingston is responsible for Jamaica, Cayman, Bahamas and Turks, my wife is a bahamian citizen and I would like to help others that will be in our situation at some point, so that been said, If you know anyone from the Bahamas who needs help please refer them to me, I would like to be able to help. This process was very difficult and I do not wish to none one else to deal with this, especially without help...

When was the last time you email them and they respond to you that you are in processing time?

It was in the last week of January and they said that. I email them last week to find out my medical was extended and I get no answer yet.

Hi everyone, feels like we have not been here for a while but its only been 8 days since we received PP. Hubby is making final arrangements with job and we are great. Just cannot wait tonbe together, at least its up to us now and it has nothing to do with CIC.
For those still waiting for some response from KIN OR POS hang in there guys. Vuctory is on the horizon. Have a blessed day.

But theres already a decision since November....it doesnt make sens that you dont know what it is yet. You should email again and tell them that you never receive the Decision. That you still dont know if you are approved or not....that is what you need to know.

Feeling really frustrated these last two months, POS is slow!!!!!

Going on 17 months wow unbelievable.

Hey guys just some info to share with all whose waitimg for PP to be returned, our MP sent just sent us an email saying that the maximum time for the embassy to keep your PP to put visa in is 12 weeks. All those waiting keep the faith and hang in there

We have received an email from Kingston requesting the following, which was already submitted with the original package. Do we resubmit or send an email stating the docs and pics are in the package?



>FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer

since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate

>Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate >Communication, proof: Proof of communication (photos, letters, E-mails, phone bills), between you and your sponsor Proof of relationship's development with, statement of relationship's progression before and since marriage. Proof to include, but not limited to:

joint bank accounts, assets, ownership, insurance policies, photos prior to wedding, photos post wedding, etc.

Please submit these documents by 17 April 2015.

Hello....if they are requesting additional documents you will need to send them in. There is a reason they are asking for them. If you don't send them in they can decline your application.
