Kingston has requested his fingerprints right? Once Kingston asks him for them he can go to the address on the request and get a full set of fingerprints done there ours said 34/duke street at the criminal investigation branch of the Jamaica constabulary force. You need to print out the letter asking for the fingerprints and bring it with passport to the 34 duke street address. It says its free of charge on the paper but they made hubby pay 3000$ jmd I believe it was. You then will get the fi gerprint sheet from them (same day before you leave) and then you send It In to Kingston Canadian high commission and once they have it they send it to the RCMP in canada. Sammy just a head up if u don't know, the arc is different from the rcmp fingerprints. The arc is a letter or document seeking permission to return to Canada and the rcmp fingerprints is just to check if he has done any wrongs when he was living in Canada.sammystorm19 said:

When you see ECAS changed to Decision Made start watching DHL for the passport return. Appeal this and get it worked out in your favor. Just remember the appeal case will take a long time and sometimes its easier to reapply....still appeal though.

oh boy......Is it easier to just reapply? and i.paid all fees up front don't they owe me back some money then?
