Hello everyone~

I just wanted to share that sometimes when I am looking at the spreadsheet the data indicates that our "turn" is anytime now, but I also feel like this whole process is paralyzing and is such a gamble in the timing and outcome.

I continue to think positive and am an optimist, but sometimes have a breakdown as it is very difficult being a new mother and wife without my husband here. I know that it will be soon, I continue to pray and pray and hope and hope.....checking my ecas and this site constantly....eeeekkkk!

Just trying to put out positive vibes and energy- please universe and GOD provide favor on our family and bring us together!
Just hanging on at this point...tomorrow might be a different story..

Just venting out some thoughts~~ POSTIVITY,PROSPERITY,ABUNDANCE,HAPPINESS,JOY & LOVE!

Wishing everyone a speedy process in this craziness!

Baby sh is growing like crazy! She may be likkle but she talliwah! xoxo

Wishing you much patience as you continue to wait for PPR! I was looking at the spreadsheet the other day and it is awesome to see so many people dark purple! Kingston has been working hard lately! Praying PPR is just around the corner and you and your family are reunited soon!

AHHHH!!!!!! :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

I already ordered it about an hour ago :'( I just emailed them requesting to cancel that request and continue with the electronic. We will see what they say.

I'm waaaay too curious and this is what these things get me :-[

I wouldnt worry about it too much!!! they will just need to locate the file and copy it, instead of just taking the print screen of the file from the computer.

I feel bad though, I don't want someone to have to go through all that. I hope they let me cancel it and if not... then it's meant to be. *sigh* Whatevs, constant waiting game anyway. lol

Welcome to the newbies!

Thanks GreenGurl & DG for your positive messages! Thanks everyone else for your support!

There are good days and bad days for everyone! *sigh*

Hi CdnandTrini,

Our file is still sitting pretty at "application received." (It's been like that ever since it was transferred to Kingston - do you know if it's supposed to change between "application received" and "in process"?)

CdnandTrini said:
If your file is showing "in process" on ecas - 99.9999% sure you have passed what immigration calls "eligibility" which means no interview required.

Blessings to all of the JA ladies.

Mine said that for 13 months :(, then changed to IN PROCESS, :D... And that's when they began asking for updated PC, Medical... PPR

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day JAMFAM!!

They've requested for the updated PC and Medical along with original documents (ie. birth certificate), but it still says "application received." I know this whole thing is so unpredictable so I'm just going to play it cool and not fret about it!

It looks like you're in the very final stretch - Congrats!!! :)

Hi Mrs. G. and yes all files will stay at "application received" stage on ecas until CIC gets to the last stages, which are different for everyone as you can see from the spreadsheet. Once ecas changes to "in process" that means the interview has been waived and things "generally" move fast from that point.

The Kingston office however; is, one of the most unpredictable VOs so timelines can vary widely even at that point as you will see from all of the different experiences of everyone here. Rest assured though you have a good and knowledgeable bunch of comrades-in-arms to support you from this thread. Blessings to all.

Hi CdnandTrini,

I've definitely seen the unpredictability of the Kingston office so I've never held my breath, but with the requests for this and that pouring in, I may have gotten a little too excited that our time was near (especially since a lot other others who sent in their applications around the same time as us were getting approved). But I know there are still those before me waiting patiently so I'm going to take a page out of their books and wait patiently too :)

And yes, everyone here is so supportive of one another, which I absolutely love!
