Awesome , you guys could make money doing this... the best immigration consultants around.. sadly because of this long ass process.. Chickie could you send the links inbox. I want to read it to her and may have to search too far back when I am ready...thanks, pretty please! It appears all hope is not gone since there are provisions that entertain the idea of living here despite the crime. Everyone deserve a chance I guess even when they made a mess of their own lives.

Chickie , when they extended your med's , do you know for how long ( maybe that's the forward date?). Reaching for answers here ??? Lol

well my new notes didnt say anything at all but when they request the meds extension from the research that I did, ottawa has 10 days to get back to them with an answer so I couldn't see them putting more then a 30 days bring forward date on them which would have brought it to Dec 8th but as you can see that isn't the case soooooo truly i have no idea LOL baffled as everyone else!

When I received my notes the beginning of the month I saw that my meds were good till June 11 2014. Mine were done Jan 18 2013. I also received an email from them, after the lost meds were found, saying they expired Mar 5 2014. So looks like they extended mine past the 15 months too June.

Hope that give you a little insight.

I have not ordered notes yet. Afraid of the disappointment My husband's son's medical was done last week. He mailed me the medical paper, passport copy etc. should be here in a week. I'm gonna mail that off to Kingston with friend's letters , airplane receipts , new phone records etc. I'm gonna give that a month then order my notes

I logged into ECAS today expecting to see the same old...you're application was received on January 24 2013 but this morning it also had "2. Medical results have been received" I know it's not decision made or anything but I was excited that someone looked at our file and updated it! Fingers crossed there's some good news soon!
