He's going to head to Sav to send by DHL today.

The VO told him he can come drop off in person Tuesday and Thursday otherwise mail in by DHL with receipt.

Can you believe hubbie asked me if this could have possibly been a crank call?

Sadly, no, my eCAS has not moved to in process.

And since Halfmoon is more than likely beside herself, I'll answer on her behalf and confirm with you that, yes, her eCAS had been changed to in process in the summer.
