I can't believe they wouldn't allow a visit to witness your child coming into the world. No hearts man!!!!!

It is a tough pill to swallow. But, as we know, for TRV, you have to prove the applicant has more reason to return to Jamaica then he/she does to stay in Canada. Immigration cannot see a greater reason to leave Canada if you have a wife and child here. Sad but true.

Think positive. You may have found out in June, but I betcha your wife was approved as sponsor before June!!

im good........im here having fun so im alright........i always think about me been in canada like what kind of work im going to do and the type of car im going to drive....things like that keep me going...........im always looking for work on the job bank website

while we wait for the letter to come, it never did come at all. so i got her to call them back and told her that she never got the letter at all and ask them if they can send another letter to us.....they said that we had to wait one month and if we did not get the letter they would put in a request for them to send us another one...so we waiting the month and nothing came..come to find out is that they send the letter to the wrong post code...my wife ask them to see what address they send the letter too and it was the wrong post code they had in there system.....so they put the request in for another letter to be mailed out to her and she ask them what information they wanted from us and the immigration woman she talk to told her it was just for some verification purpose....2 weeks later she got the letter saying that she was ok to sponsor me....that why it took so long.....

It sounds to me that it is very possible that you were approved in April. But I'm not 100% sure. You can definitely pray on that time. It is 2 months sooner than June!

i emailed kingston back in december and i ask them if i should redo them..they to me to wait until the request it or any other documents they need so im going to wait on them

That's awesome. Have you and your wife traveled together with Google Earth?? That is fun to do. I have shown my husband how to get around my city and how to get to my work from our house etc. He loves it and explores on his own too.

It is so hard to imagine that they feel it is okay to keep people who are married\in love away from each other for so long.. But then when there is pregnancy\children involved!?!?! It makes me so sad for you. I can't imagine the pain you would feel not having the father of your child with you at birth I hope that anyone in that situation gets through faster so that they wouldn't have to go through it alone.

I know - I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I always tell myself anytime i hear from kingston i hear from them........im not going to stress ova it......i always have a bright side to this for me is that i wont have to deal with the most of the cold this year......summer for me when i get there hopefully

we are going to live i an small town.........far from the city......my wife is always on facebook playing mafia war like right now.......but i will get around when i get there though
