I second that my dear. I got pre arrival letter on Thursday and PPR today without an interview. I still can't believe it, when they called I thought it was for my interview date but I was more than surprised. Congrats again to everyone and thank you all for making this forum informative and helpful.

in case you get pre arrival letter and in couple days PPR (without interview) i think pre arrival means approve the case and they approved you the same day they sent pre arrival letter.

There is some very happy people on this site this past week. I have finally called CIC and asked if they actually received my package, they did in October, and I should be getting a letter and stuff shortly. The guy confirmed that they don't have to give out any information until the 12 months has past as that is how long the process is. So at least I know I'm in the system.

When did u apply? Mine was sent there in October they started processing it in November
