Keeping PR by accompanying canadian spouse abroad

Hi, I am Canadian citizen and I sponsored my wife who entered Canada in February 2023, since that moment she has left Canada two times, first time in July 2023 for 3 weeks and second time in September 2023 traveling to another second country. I January 2024 I met her in this second country and got hired to work till now and she stayed with me. Her time with me in this second country counts to days as if she were in Canada? Does she need to leave Canada together with me to count her time abroad as time to her residency obligation time? do I need to prove that she was living with me all this time when we get back to Canada? She does not work and depends on me. Thank you for your opinion or suggestion.
