BTW, I just read somewhere in the forum that even the return of passports with visa is taking a couple of days more than the usual (at least for the person posting it).

Processing of new PR cards post-landing has definitely slowed down. When I landed on Feb 27 the listed processing time was ~40 days now it's 85 days and I'm still waiting (I'd expect that figure to go to 90+ in the next week or so based on the tracker).
