Just got Study Permit Extension approval. What do I do next?

I submitted my application for an extension of my study permit last March 12. I got approved for the extension March 26. When I open my CIC account, it says the new expiry date.

What do I do next? How do I get a copy of the new study permit document? There are no further instructions posted in my profile.
