well, my VO replied me same as the standard reply stating the processing would take more than 2 years.

this immigration thing has affected so much in our life, everythg we are leaving behind due to the hopes of immigration.

hope time will change very soon, and the day will surely come.

i'm doing good.
No news from my end.
just waiting something to happen with prejune files.
Its really frustrating ..we applied by assuming that process will finish within one year but now we even dont know when they start looking at our files.
Anyways ....!

Also I have information re Kiyev embassy, guys form the Russian language forum post information that embassy start to send medicals for them ( prejune applicant ) I think it is a good sign and we all will got a good news very soon.

This could be a sign that most visa offices are on top of all the June 2010+ applications and are now processing pre-June-2010 in between these as they get the resource to do so.

The idea of the MI-2 and MI-3 rules was to allow resource for clearing the MI-1 and pre-Feb-2008 backlog, so hopefully it is now starting to work

lamhey! i pray to allah that u got visa soon , coz i have similar situations like you. hope it ends soon. i wish saida and cappuccino is telling this from a reference , saida sis , please share the reference. it seems on a certain turn of a road the journey stuck ! This calmness is killing us slowly!!!

Manilla visa office has always been active for pre June applicants. Every now and then they sent MR to pre June applicants.

Manila VO has started working on prejune applications..

I am also a May 2010 applicant and my NOC is the same 4131. I am from Nepal. My Application Detail is as follow:
Application Filed : May 31st 2010.
1st AOR : Sept 30, 2010
Doc send : Dec 20,2010
2nd AOR : Jan 13, 2011
Since then, my online status is RBVO. Since we are in the same boat, I hope to get MR along with yours. Keep updating your status. All the BEST.

But he is of 0631 (Restaurant and Food Service Managers) which is still among Eligible Occupation (by National Occupational Classification [NOC] code)....unlike ours..
& Number of Complete Applications Received for NOC 0631 is just 183.

One person called Witchy who belongs to 4131 category, applied on 28 April 2010, has got MR on 23rd Sept. But I don't know if we should feel happy about it, since NDVO or any other VO for that matter, has shown no activity so far. Manila looks little more active than rest of us.
