I want to apply for my parents’ citizenship but I am confused about the process. It says if its online application, then they need to complete it by themselves and Representative (myself) can only help with questions etc. my parents are not tech savvy and not good in English.
In that case, if i want to apply for them, do i have to do it on paper?
Also, am I able to help them with oath ceremony (virtual/in person) when it comes to that? They are 60+

I think we all need to wait, I am following this thread to see to what week they are processing. Hopefully soon.

and you might request for Oath accomdation.

If you need an accommodation for the oath, contact us and include
- a detailed explanation of what you need
- your application number
- your unique client identifier (UCI)
How to contact us
Option 1 (recommended): Wait for and reply to your ceremony invitation
Reply to the email address that sent you the ceremony invitation.- To find out when you’ll get your invitation, check your application status regularly.
- If the “Citizenship ceremony” section of the citizenship tracker has an “In progress” status, it means you’ll get your invitation soon.
Option 2: Send us a web form
You can also request a ceremony accommodation by sending us a web form.
