Would you please let me know how many days after test you received the email asking photo ID? And how long it will be marked completed in tracker after you have provided the ID? Thank you!

I want to apply for my parents’ citizenship but I am confused about the process. It says if its online application, then they need to complete it by themselves and Representative (myself) can only help with questions etc. my parents are not tech savvy and not good in English.
In that case, if i want to apply for them, do i have to do it on paper?

Also, am I able to help them with oath ceremony (virtual/in person) when it comes to that? They are 60+
