June 2021 - Citizenship Applicants

I am in a similar situation. I am a June Online applicant - wrote the test last week, and it was marked complete yesterday. But all other things, including BGC, are in progress.

It seems that the SCR office is sending out test invites before the BGC is complete.

I’m a SCR applicant and my Background was complete(along with FP request before it turned complete) a month prior to the Test invite and completion. A similar process for my wife as well.

3 Feb and took the test on 5 Feb- updated on 7 Feb (Monday). I’d opine that the SCR office is pretty quick of late. Am also a July applicant with 4 family members.

I have received the FP request letter giving me 90 days to submit my fingerprints.

I live in Hamilton, ON. Do anyone know the fastest or best facility where i can submit Finger prints in arpund hamilton area (Burlington,Mississauga etc).

Any personal experience or first hand knowledge sharing will be highly appreciated, like price and time it took to complete the whole process till it shows as submitted to the requesting authorities.

they are pretty good and know what they are doing, paid 65$.

Mine fingerprints were received by IRCC on Feb 06, but they still haven't reviewed them. Everything says in progress. Any idea how long it takes for them to review and to mark background check as "complete' ?

I didn't get any email update, just got it on tracker. Is it same for everyone?

Hey maybe we do have the same immigration officer or at least someone in the same office. I was disappointed not to see any update yesterday after the ghost update on Tuesday the 22nd, but I just logged in now and got 2 updates: 1) scheduled for test between March 1 and March 21, and 2) Background verification shows as Completed. It shows up as of Completed in my timeline as of yesterday, even though I didn't see any update yesterday. I also have not received any email.

Just checked my status and all except oath is updated as completed.I am June 08 applicant

June 10 applicant. All things are completed except the oath, and I think this means decision made.

I applied in June 2021 paper application. Got test invite December 23 and passed. Test shows as compete on tracker. But nothing else. Everyone else’s BG check ahs cleared. I’m wondering how come mine is still stuck

My Background Verification was completed on January 24 and no test invite yet - so I'm assuming everyone's application follows a different path.
