I just check my application status through tracker and it’s said they need my finger prints but i didn’t get any email yet . Does anyone know how long it will take to get email.

My wife and I got a notification on Jan 6th that our test window is from Jan 14 to Feb 3 and instructions for the test will be sent to us later.
So far, we haven't received any email/mail.
Do you know how long it takes for the correspondence to arrive?

I could see that May online applicants started receiving test invitations this month which means we should start getting it soon

My status just changed to Decision Made yesterday (the update showed up today)!!! Everything is completed except the ceremony! I didn't expect it to be that fast. I am just waiting for a ceremony date, correct? How long does that usually take?

one of my other friend also got fingerprints email today but his letter is different as it has a group number and also they added Halifax office address where mine was Sydney, NS

I received finger print request this morning from Vancouver office. On the first page of PDF, they wrote" After reviewing the biographical information on your application form, there are questions in your case with regard to sections 21 and/or 22 of the Citizenship Act, explained further on the second page of this letter". Can you please advise if you had same note from IRCC as mine?

I got same thing written in my letter. So no worries. I think that’s standard writing for everyone.

My citizenship test was marked complete on Dec 23rd but my background check is still in progress. Why is it taking so long
