June 2021 - Citizenship Applicants

When I sign in to new tracker i got this
What does that mean. I got aor Sept 15 why does it say july 28

Its the date when they put your application details in the system

No the old tracker would tell you when they start processing your application
It will change to In process and 3rd line would be added

How long does that usually take? I see people in the tracker marking their application as in-progress the very next day after they receive their AOR. Are the refering the new tracker or does it really happen that fast?

I am pretty familiar with the citizenship application process as my dad also applied (Nov 2020). In his case, it changed to in-process in ECAS after a month. Is that considered long?

Mine says August 3rd (App received: July 14th & AOR: Sept. 15th). It's pretty normal I think.

I spoke too soon I just received my AOR too! Now awaiting kiddo's (hopefully it'll arrive as soon as I hit "Post Reply" on this

for the Minor, you will get the email ( The email that was used on the Child file), keep checking the email that was used on the child file. We got all the 3 same day , same time (2 Adult & 1 child), we used single email since the PR and continuing the same email for citizenship too, all applicants same email. if you have used separate emails then check each email for AOR.

Hi there so my application was returned and it reached originally on June 9. But I resent with completed items in August 9. I’m guessing now they will process my application as of August 9 instead of June 9? Also where did most of you get AOR junk/spam or inbox?

We have now received the AOR for our child. It was delivered on my spouse's email because that's the email we had used on the kiddo's application.

I've a Gmail account so I received my AOR in my "Updates" folder and not in my primary inbox. So it may be good idea to check the junk/spam folder for non-Gmail accounts.
