Wow, can she really ask senior officer to look at your application??

No she isn't asking anyone she just said that is the final stage. Where a senior officer will check everything and then issue the letter.

Hi! AOR: June 20th. Upfront Medical passed August 16. Biometric October 17 updated. Waiting for final decision. I have a question. At this point, IRCC still will be assessing my Academic evaluation points or i have crossed that level?

I just spoke to the agent now about my application. She wasn't that helpful, she was just stuck on the point due to covid-19 there's delay in the processing. She also mentioned what you see online about your application is what she sees.

I have same experience before with other agents. keep trying later you might get a good response from some other agents.
