OMG!! It seems like this agent is not happy to initiate the security yet then
What about your group name ??
Mine is “ fr “ which I don’t know what , it would have been great if someone knows of what it is or some one belongs to it to see and compare the profile status
Just checked there is one section that DM:10032  on my GCMS note.

Just checked there is one section that DM:10032  on my GCMS note.

Applications are stuck at Security Not Started with this officer. I have same officer with AOR May 29, no specific group just the file is assigned to this officer. Looks like either he/she got lots on his/her plate or just preferring certain applications which is beyond our understanding. Not sure how long we have to wait. Good luck and hope we get it this month.

Thanks @legalfalcon ... you're such a great help.

I sent My copr and photos on Feb 3rd 2021, I understand I also need to link my PR card application with gc key in my online account. Please do you know how it is done? Please help. Is it also late to do such?
I used a lawyer for this application and I thought they'll communicate with him if they have any issues with the photos.
TIA! ☺

If you have a GCKey account you can link your PR card application

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...es/application/account/link-paper-online.html

However, some applicants have problems linking the PR card application. If you have any issues, no need to be concerned, you can find the status of your PR card over the phone by calling IRCC.

Usually it takes 3-6 weeks for the PR cards to be received.

Folks, this group has been extremely helpful. Sharing my timeline-
BCPNP Inland EE ITA- May-2020
PNP approval- 20-June-2020
EE ITA- 21 or 22 June 2020
AOR- July 1,2020 (I always considered it June 30 per my timezone :) )
Med passed and Biometrics letter- Aug-17
Called helpline end of Sep and was informed that eligibility is passed
Biometrics exempt update as complete- Oct 1
No update till Dec-8. Requested GCMS notes on Dec 6 and called customer care. Was notified that criminality is passed. Got ghost update later in the day.
Jan-07- Logged in the account and could see the status as approved and COPR number
Jan-08- Account updated with COPR letter
Jan-11- Pictures sent to Vancouver office
Jan-12- Pictures delivered
Jan-18- Linked pr card application to gc key
Feb- 2 - Ghost update. No change
Feb-9- Logged in and status was approved and card was mailed
Feb-16- Received the cards in mail.
Thanks everyone for your inputs throughout and good luck to you all.

Congratulations, that is great.

All stages passed on January 4th and still waiting on final decision.
CEC inland AOR 22

We are also in the same situation that all stages were passed and application was approved Dec last week. IRCC Agent confirmed application is w/ Etobicoke office and waiting for officer to send out the final confirmation letter. Its been two months, no progress yet. Meanwhile, our BOWP has been initially extended till May 24 and two days back its approved for next one year. Unsure this is an usual process or due to covid impact, the BOWP is extended for next one year to retain our status in canada. Indirectly, it gives an impression that it might take longer time to process our PR application, which is not a good sign. Everytime, we speak to Agent, there is no clear definition of whats holding up in sending the final confirmation letter, the only response they give is 'Wait' and keep checking your emails for IRCC updates.

This is driving me insane...

Any CEC candidate whose all stages were passed in the second week of december and have got copr?My AOR 18th June ,CEC+1 indland dependant and all stages were passed around at that time

Try to call in repeatedly between 8 am and 8:15 am EST, as soon as it lets you choose a number (i.e. around 2mins 20 secs) punch in the numbers 3, 4, 1, 0 (with no gap). I called them at 8 am sharp and it went through.
Thank you. I was able to finally talk to an agent on my second attempt. He said security etc is done and we are just waiting for the officer to make a final decision.
