Guys, just got off the call with an agent. She said the security has still not started and that there is a note from today that my application is awaiting review by an officer.

Seems more wait before these wings get to take a flight.

Dont worry. The agents usually do not have much insight of the cases.

I am a bit worried about my ref letter with regards to whether it has any copy paste factors or not.
I have wordings from the noc that are the same in my letter. Like install, design, maintain, test, supervise, electrical components, electrical networks, operation standards.
An example is as below
Examining and investigating any electrical components malfunctions or electrical system/s failures, as part of the post-installation support serviceand taking the necessary action/s in order to rectify it in accordance with the authorizations provided to perform the task from the client, and from SGCC.

Noc task

• Investigate electrical or electronic failures

I don't think that is a reason to worry. If your employer acknowledges those as your job duties. What you have there is perfect!

Yes, I raised a cse this week and did not receive auto generated email which acknowledges that the cse.

Seems to be some issue with the cic website..there are couple of more people who did not get automated acknowledgement email after using the webform..

Webform may or may not get acknowledgement after new changes depends

U guys,

On my 2nd set of notes, there was an s.16 sign on the case analyst page, and the information exposing the reason why my settlement funds was under RR was retracted.

On my last notes, they released the information and there is no s.16 sign anymore. Does it mean they check the legitimacy of my bank letter?

that's not something to worry about. people copy & paste NOC job duties all the time.
