If I can recall you had review for your ITA score. Did your score fall below the cut off for that particular draw? Were you asked for any additional documents ? If you try to figure out you can reopen your file.Hello guys

I think section 75 is mostly about eligibility (work experience, education, language results, etc.)
@Hemusharma51 It seems you were rejected because of one of these. Have you ordered GCMS notes? Were you Review Required? If you know where the problem is you may be able to use Procedural Fairness to resolve the issue.
Yes I was trying to say same thing. There was issue with either one of the documents because of which his CRS score has come down below the cut off for that draw which ultimately lead to refusal.
wooo dude wait... its not tough phase... i totally empathise with him... but its action consequence... the officers do not have enmity with you guys... they give eevery single fair chance possible... you know why every decision taken by officers goes through audit quaterly.. now just sayin..
and if he has score he can apply again... don try to be over nice guy mate...i might sound upfront... but i am telling you facts.. no speculation.. no hypothesis... there is always a catch in application ... and just FYi any rejection decision goes through two layers of scruitny... yes two pwoplw have look on it... because rejecting an application after 4 months is a red flag for IRCC

Did some digging into Subsection 75(2) and it seems to have something to do with Foreign Work Experience Claimed.

Did you file GCMS notes before? Are you employment documents self attested?
10 months for express entry and additional months for pnp nomination. It’s not piece of cake for everyone. Anyways, it’s nothing to do with officers, it’s just that person got refusal so might be depressed so you can tackle it in a more polite way.
don have to be depressed with this thing... there are bigger challenges... rise up shine and get on again

A rejection is always disheartening. No one ever wants to see that as it affects their life. They have spent time, effort and money on the process that I feel bad for anyone that is rejected after having to wait for so long
