To everyone in this wonderful forum a very warm thanks you all have helped at some point or other.
To all IP2 around 15th October approved cases it seems delay has been in assigning our cases to LVO's so it's just matter of time before this forum will erupt with joy...I think by this week most will get PPR. Special thanks to @navinball @sid1987 for informations and help.
no biggie.. bud... come here... we will party. let me know if u need anything else

No worries. I checked it.

Trying to figure out if the PPR has to do anything with NOC or not. They might need a specific category of human resource and would be inviting candidates accordingly.
Well I don't think it matters because all NOCs mentioned before filing are in demand that is why ITA is given. What is your time line by the way?

Yeah, maybe. I am overthinking o_O

Here is my Timeline:
25 June 18: AOR; Score 471
10 July 18: MEP
12 July 18: ADR - 1st for Representative Form; submitted on the same day
24 July 18: ADR - 2nd for POF; submitted on 30 July 18
12 July 18: IP1
01 Aug 18: GCMS - 1st; received 01 Sep 18
03 Aug 18: ADR status changed to Not Applicable
26 Oct 18: Called CIC agent at 4 PM Ottawa Time. The agent couldn't add much value except for that Eligibility is MET and needs to be passed.
27 Oct 18: Online Account Updated. Around 10:30 am in the morning account status changed from Submitted to Updated but no change in any subcategories till evening.
27 Oct 18: In the evening BG Processing status changed to "We are processing your background check"

No need to worry at all your application has progressed perfectly well. It's a matter of time before you receive the PPR.
