Thanks. Just few more questions, sorry for the trouble.

How does it get auto sorted.Once you save the form? once you exit and relogin?

Do I need to add all of them and save?

Do I need to complete "Have you listed all of Akila Nirosh Aponso Goniyamalimage's periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that Akila Nirosh Aponso Goniyamalimage belongs to (if any)" to proceed to save?

I can't remember if it sorted it as I was adding it or after saving.

You can save at any point but you will need to answer yes to that question for it to be marked as completed.

I dont have any military or government positions, but I was in the Lions Club. So I have to select as "Yes" right?

So strange. I think the system is glitchy. I had to keep logging out and in again get things loaded properly.

Yes it definitely sorted my personal history. Only my education and work came preloaded but I had to add a few things before and after to fill time gaps and it put them in order.

I panicked the first time it happened so the next time it was normal I took screen shots so I wouldn't have to keep logging in and out.

Do you need to break down and show separately the positions you have been in a single organization? Or can you add as one record and give the full date range with the last position?

What do you put for the following, even if I selected Educational Activity? Do I need to mention the position I was in during employment?

"Please describe what this person was doing during this period (e.g. job title, position, etc.)"

Not really. It says military service, government and belonging to any organization.
if you don't have any of the above then it's 'not applicable'

It say if any for government and military and for organization I think most of might be working in companies, so that can be yes

Yes ... it says (if any). To me no would mean you've only listed some and left off others.
