You get only exp for insurance but u r from non interchangable countries u might have to give G
Yes and no. You can use your Driver's experience to get discount on insurance.
I didn't say they will give you a full driver's license based on your back home one! But, you can use it to make the process easier. If you don't have a back home driver's license, you have to graduate from driving program like a high school student in Canada. so, you have to take some classes, then take the written test, then you have to wait for like a year, then another exam, wait for some time, and finally you can get the full driver's license. But, if you have your back home driver's license, you don't need to wait for all these time and based on your experience, they might even allow you to take the full driver's test immediately.

again...you are talking google language and I am telling what happens at office. I live here I did for me and my wife. I got G and for her I had to show US because it is interchangeable and plus her Indian experience.. after loads of to a fro they gave her G. on of frn had 12 years exp India he got that g2 and immediate test for g of needed.
G2 u get for 5 years but cannot be renewed...
so my frn u put google knowledge ehehe I am telling ya how actual ground reality is...

and adding exp.. process its good... now tech my wife has more driving exp on record than i do hahahahaha

Call and ask specifically about your eligibilty if it has been passed or met or Recommended passed.
Assuming the reply to either of the above is positive then you're awaiting the final review.
If the reply is that your eligibilty is review required then it's not the final review.
I think the reply you got is related to the final review but your call will confirm or deny my assumptions.
Remember to be specific with your questions.

I see! I've had a couple of dumb responses from mathew but the insightful ones (confirming my ADR arrived, criminal clean sheet etc was etienne) thank god.

Oooo i thought that person is waitjbg for pr eh ....

I haven't seen a GCMS note that says eligibility in progress. that's why I didn't mention it in the list.
I think eligibility 'in progress' is a made up term by call & CSE agents for RR cases.
Oh I see. The caller emphasized if it was'review required' and the agent said no that it is'eligibility in progress'.

ohh okay. Maybe it's a thing then.

What can be done if unable to provide
There are options but then you need to provide more details on your case. Share screenshot of your GCMS notes, provide details of documents you have provided and what details they had vs didn’t have.

Well, surprisingly I got my notes today (requested on jan, 17th) and.... I can’t see anything wrong with it, except not being touched since criminality passed on oct 16. I’ll share some pics in a couple of hours but everything seems fine... come on IRCC...

@cansha @tobs @All, today I got an email from CIC
-----------------
Good Morning:

Documents received.

Application is awaiting the review of an officer.

Notification will be sent in due course.
---------------------

This is from a CSE which I had raise few months ago. I never attached any documents with this CSE but still it mentions about the doc.

Any comments ?
