My parents are also waiting:

submitted June 2014
RQ submitted Nov 2014
Test passed Sep 2015
Still "in process"

2015 applications seem to be moving faster than 2014!

I applied june 2014,got rq jan 15,replied rq march 15,gave test last week at scarborough & today got the oath letter for first week of feb. I asked the guy at interview about the rq & time it takes to process it,he said all applications are different but if you have submitted all documents, (most importantly all passports for relevant periods then there will be no problems, regarding time he didnot comment anything, just shrugged....
he didnt ask me much, just went through my passports, little bit about my job, how long have i been working, why i needed to travel regularly & then replied himself that oh its your job which makes you travel,we understand it....,all in all the interview lasted for about 7-8 minutes. at the end he said we are done here now you will get oath letter within 2-4 months, but i got it in a week.

@Canadian wolf, suggest you seek your mp's
1) help to find out the status of your application
2) advice on what else can be done

@djunsman, i finally got the oath letter schedule for early Feb. The wait is frustrating, there's no choice other than just be patient. If the wait gets too long, seek your mp's help.

I have a sad case. My husband needs to travel to many countries for conferences and business meetings, so we had to apply with a shortfall of days. Thought we were very thorough about dates and where he was traveling and staying. Even his company verified and gave a letter. My application was with his and both applications are in an abyss. Haven't heard anything back and the MP couldn't help besides telling me what I already knew--because of my husband's travel history, both our applications would take longer.

Applied - June 2014
In process - Dec 2014
RQ - Dec 2014
Responded to RQ - Jan 2015
No news since then and no change in application status. Does anyone know how the response time for such cases is going and what to expect? Very despondent.

Whose your MP just out of curiosity? Also did you apply with less than 1095 days?

I have a RQ from Jan 2015 and still waiting for test invite. Scarborough office. Unfortunately nothing much you can do here.
