When did you submit the online case specific enquiry? I guess it take 2-3 weeks after submission to get a reply.

I did not submit any yet. Are all these email AORs the result of online case specific queries? I will do it right away!!

I guess most of us who got email reply submitted the online case specific query. Do not forget to attach you Canada Post delivery receipt and Fee Receipt.

OMG finally!!! Just got this:

This confirms that your application for Canadian Citizenship has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/06/16.

To become a Canadian citizen, persons aged 18 to 54 years must meet language and knowledge requirements:

• You must know enough English or French to carry on a simple conversation.
• You must know enough about Canada's history, geography and government, and the rights and responsibilities of
citizenship to pass a written or oral test.

Questions testing the knowledge requirement are based on the information provided in the study guide. The study guide
is available on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Web site at <link removed>

When your application has been reviewed and has met basic eligibility, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will invite you
to a knowledge test, interview or ceremony, if applicable. Please visit our Web site <link removed> for information to prepare for these events.

It is very important that we are notified of any changes in your contact information (i.e. address, email, and telephone
number). Please visit our Web site at <link removed> for information on:

1. How to change your contact information;
2. Application processing times;
3. Checking the status of your application.

You may also call the Citizenship and Immigration Call Centre toll-free number at 1-888-242-2100.

I am just curious. I got exactly the same email. Can you guys who received AOR in paper let us know if our email confirmation looks like actual AOR or the actual ones contains more details? Thanks so much.

I'm a May applicant and the email confirmation looks like the actual AOR letter I got. The only difference is this part:

"When your application has been reviewed and has met basic eligibility, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will invite you
to a knowledge test, interview or ceremony, if applicable. Please visit our Web site <link removed> for information to prepare for these events."

My AOR letter said, "A CIC office will inform you of the date, time and place of your test, interview or ceremony." This is basically same information as above.

Check your ecas to see if it says that they sent you a letter + Discover Canada book.
