Awesome! I heard Mississauga is quick.

I am still waiting...I called CIC and they told me my file is Scarborough. Not sure when they will invite me to the test or if they will issue me RQ.

It depends on your local office. you would need to check if there is a thread for Vancouver office where you can check the timelines of other applicants.

when did the receive line disappear from your E-Cas? do you recall?

My ECAS received line disappeared in October 2013 and my file got transferred to the local office in Jan/Feb 2014. I don't think the 'received' line necessarily means the file got transferred to the local office.

I think you are right. It probably just means that they have started working on the file
 
I just called CIC. They told me that my file is in transit from St Claire to Scarborough office. And if I do not hear anything by July, I should call them.
 
Was your file not supposed to be at scarborough office to begin with...??

2.- We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 18, 2013. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3.- We started processing your application on September 4, 2013.

4.- We sent you a notice on February 27, 2014 to appear and write the citizenship test on March 21, 2014 at 7:45 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

My wife and I passed the test 20/20 and we got the Oath Letter right after the test and interview. We have the Oath ceremony next Monday 31st. Our CIC office is Mississauga. ;D
