My lawyer told me to wait for about 3 weeks approx. from Medical done to get PPR, I did my MR on 22-Feb, which was sent by Hospital in Delhi on 27th Feb. On 3rd March my Ecas was updates with “Medical received”. Lets see how much more time we need to wait for this.

my medicals were sent to CIC on March 01 2014, however I do not see my CIC application status updated to "Medicals Received" till now.
Should I be concerned or is this normal for CIC.

Mine was sent on 1st March too and it isn't showing as "received", so I think it's pretty normal.

A friend of mine had his medicals sent maybe 4 - 5 days before mine, and his ecas updated with "medicals received" two days ago. So I would think next week we should definitely start seeing some activity.

Thanks, I have a feeling that the VO processing both our applications is on March break LOL!

Oh, for sure. The medical reports will be in a pile on someone's desk, or in a list on someone's computer, waiting for their turn. It's getting close! I'm sure things will update within the next few days. I sure hope so anyway, because checking ecas every day is super boring.

I received my Medical Request on 14-Feb-14 and Got it done on 21-Feb-14. It was sent to CIC by my doctor on 01-March-2014. I have NOT received RPRF/Biodata and still no change on ecas status and it says "Application Received". Is this normal?

Nice forum! should have found it earlier. Well my current status is am still waiting for PPR. Did medicals on Feb 25. Filed app 20 June 2013.

I think most of us are now in the same situation either waiting for medical report update or PPR request. Mine doesn't show medical received yet. Our family reports went at different times since March 06 due to the ages of my kids. One on the same day as the medicals. Still nothing has been updated. Hopefully, next week would be the magic week.

Yepieeeee so happy to see my passport back with COPR it was so fast..sent passports this tuesday 11-mar and friday 14-mar got it too..
will be doing landing this week end...
But I am landing alone not with spouse..as she is leaving canada for 20 days india vacation...and she will do while return from india
