anyone has a telephone number for CPP-O ? It's been 8 weeks since i emailed a copy of my passport and paid the fee and I still have not received my COPR. I called the contact center but they advised that they don't have any access to files at CPP-O. This waiting game is just stupid at this point.

It is stupid but there is no phone number that you can call. Only methods are email or fax.

Hi June folks! I just let u know I got CPR on 24th of May by mail!
I am so happy cuz I applied as common-law status. I was the principle applicant and my boyfriend was “dependent”. I heard a lot of negative things about my case like.. it might slow my application down, proving is hard, and likely rejected blah blah. :C

However, here I am. Me and my boyfriend got CPR on same day in same envelop.
We both from VISA exempt country so I will just cross over the Rainbow Bridge tomorrow.
This forum gave me tremendous support.

I have done my medical (it was eMedical enabled) on 5th April.. and my ECAS still does not show any update on receipt of my medical. Is it normal? :-S

I am an August applicant. However I have the same issue as you. I completed emedical on 17th April and nothing has been updated on ecas yet. I guess to wait is the only option we have.

For the return envelope? Ws your return envelope scanned by canada post when you sent it with your original envelope?

No, return envelope doesnt need to be scanned at the time of sending the original envelope.

It is quite normal..it may take 4-6 weeks from the time your DMP uploads using eMedical.

How come you sent a copy of your passport, is it a particular case? As far as I know you have to send the original since they stamp a visa on the passport?

Ssparkles, Bajgal is from a visa exempt country so does not have to send in the original pp.

It appears CPP-O is taking ages to issue CoPR in recent times ... My PP has been with them for 4 weeks now!
