Thank you for your good wishes everyone ! I am so happy and relieved that this long journey has almost come to an end. This process was like a thrilling roller coaster ride with its ups and downs, twists and turns, excitement and frustrations and I am glad that I was a part of this amazing forum on this ride :)

The process went quite fast after the receipt of MR...MR to PPR was only one and a half month...and the wait for MR was 10 months ..anyways, all's well that ends well. Once again, thanks for being with me and helping me in this journey. Hope to see you all in 2 years in the citizenship forums :)

Hi Yosemite...I got the PPR yesterday...send the PP today..the wait begins for COPR..any idea as to how long it takes for the CoPR to be issued and send back?

I heard it takes two weeks.

Folks -

Which email do CIC use to send the PPR request, and what is generally the subject of the email?
I am presuming that it would be OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca, but can anyone confirm please?

Congrats Yosemite!! Almost done now!! ;D

JBLoknath the email I got it from was OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Hi everyone,

I'm sure some of you have already crossed this bridge, hence might be able to help me.

1- Booking medical exam at E-med facility - They ask for IME no (the one above bar codes on MR form) and if it doesn't show up in their online system, they are not booking the appointment. Saying that perhaps it will show up in a few days and only then they can give me an appointment. And there is another clinic which says its ok - the number does not show up but we will create your file anyways. Not sure which one of them is right? Did any of you had similar experience?

2- Pic on PR card - is it the pic they take at the e-medical facility, or do they take one at the time of landing?

Grateful for your response.

I don't know about which picture is on pr card as I have not received ppt request yet . But for emedical booking I know for sure it doesn't matter if ime is in system or not , they can create your account and perform the test .

Yep, i thought so too. Perhaps the other clinics are not well versed in the system. Thank you Rick. +1!!

Can any one answer my first question -- picture on the PR card..cheers.

seems you posted this query already in another thread.. pls avoid duplicate posts:

They would ask you to send 2 pictures per each applicant along with Passports when you receive your PPR request.
1 picture from these would be pasted on the CoPR letter and returned back to you along with the passports which has Immigrant Visa of single entry; and you need to submit the same when doing the landing. I believe, the other picture would be for their records.

Hope this helps

Thanks Ssparkles ! Have sent the PP today...should reach Ottawa tomorrow.

JBLoknath - the subject of the email is Instructions for visa issuance.

Thanks Ssparkles and Infoseeker. You guys are awesome help! :)
BTW...I have just received PPR few minutes ago. ;)

I emailed RPRF payment reciept as an attachment to "CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca" and "OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca".

Can anyone advise whether the same should be mailed to CPP-O. If so, what is the address? Thanks

I think instructions are clearly given in the email that ask you to pay the fees. Dont over confuse yourself .

My eCAS status shows now "Medical results have been received". Hoping for PPR any time soon...

There is nothing to confuse...it is just for confirmation from guys who did this already.
Nice to have people like you on these forums.

Thanks for your advise ;D
