I think we are looking at mid august for our AORs ..going by the current trend...

Hi Guys!

I am also a June applicant.I applied for CEC on June 11,2012 from India and they received it on June 15,2012 since i came back to India last year.Now the confusion is Do i need to submit my PPC Just from India or canada also.Thanks in advance!!!!

I'm not sure what "PPC" is - I'm assuming you mean PCC (Police Certificate of Character). You will need to send your certification for India. You never need to do one for Canada (they look it up themselves). They may ask for fingerprints at a later date.

Does any body know how does an AOR email look like? Pls post the sample AOR email once anyone in this forum receives.
Just wondering would it be missed between spam/junk mails and so will have an idea of a sample email with subject line/description.

One more question i need to ask is that whether job duties on the job letter needs to be exactly match with whats mentioned on the cic website.Thanks and Good Luck to everyone...

You should submit your Indian police certificate with your application, or soon thereafter (provide a note why you didn't submit it with your application [ie in process, etc]).

Your job duties should match the NOC code as closely as possible to the job code you listed in your application (without falsifying your job duties). That's why it is important to find the right NOC code.

i sent pr and OWP in June 6th the application received in June 12.i called cic they told me i need to count 4 month they will open all file which means in October,they told me that in July they open those sent in march

Easy way to determine what kind of wait time we are looking at is to look at the other threads for people who applied in previous months.

Some early April and late March applicants are getting there AORs now. It looks like the delay between application receipt and AOR is about 3 months on average (give or take a couple of weeks). As such, everyone who applied in June could anticipate getting an AOR in September/October.

If it comes earlier, joy, but I wouldn't expect much until the end of September.
