I think RPRF is an electronic process (pay online and email receipt), so this won't influence timing very much.

Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant
· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one
· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490
· Click “Submit”
· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card

Then send the receipt with ur information to CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

Hi Guys:
I was checking the online service to check my application. It said that:

Decision Made

We received your application for permanent residence on June 7, 2012.

We started processing your application on February 21, 2013.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
"

has any body seen this? I am now starting to worry. The language is very negative especially when it says (the Office will contact you concerning this decision)

can some please tell me if they have seen something like this before?

Does that mean that there is a chance that I got rejected?

There were situations when candidates got medicals. I really wish you good luck and hope the best happens to you.

I suggest, wait for couple of days..

I dont want to be pessimist here but I want to be prepared at this point and see. Can you please let me know if you know of rejected applicants who got similar messages?
