What does it say in your PPR email? If they didn't specify mail or email, I would say mail it together with the passport and photos is good enough.

"Height and Eye Colour

We require confirmation of this information for yourself and each accompanying family member. Please complete the attached form “Biodata” and return it to us. "

I'm wondering whether this is the standard mail?

Don't worry about mail or email. If you are concerned, send through both. Personally I think mail is enough.

just got an email from CIC. they ask for our passports.

we will send the request documents soon. Because we are not in Canada atm, do they send back our passports to our home country by normal mail or I can ask for courier service?

Finally after 120 days wait i got my police certificate which was the last thing left . I am already done with medical and bio in april. Any idea how long it will take from this point?

PAFSO strike is still on. So the wait time is longer than expected. My brother got his PPR yesterday while he is April 2012 applicant.

Disagree. If CIC has to correspond with external embassies (i.e if you have an extensive travel list) you are at the hand of PAFSO.

But strike is not affecting PR applications made within Canada.

Got request to submit my Passport which was in less than 30 days after submitting all my paperwork . CIC website clearly mentioned that we are not affected by it .
