Aor 31 aug 2024 Biometrics 16 oct 2024 Sowp permit approved 29 December 2024 Sponsor eligibility passed 13 jan 2025 Applicant eligibility passed 16 jan 2025 Medical passed on 31 march 2025 Sowp permit extension submitted on july 11 2025
Rcmp fingerprint request and pervious charges paperwork request on 16 September 2025 Rcmp fingerprints and all court paperwork submitted on 30 September 2025
I had pervious charges of assault in 2019 all were withdrawn without guilt plea Rcmp also shows charge withdrawn
But on oct 2 2025 i got letter reassessing applicant eligibility (they again checking eligibility that was already passed on 16 jan 2025
I bit worried y they are reassessing my eligibility again My charge were withdrawn fully I didn't got my work permit extension approved till now almost 3 months Can any one plz lemme know or have knowledge about this

It takes about 30-60 days. It will come. Fingers crossed.

We got the notes yesterday, all it says is “further review required, case transferred” from the Mississauga agent in December 2024. Nothing else after that. We feel like our application has just been sitting at the Etobicoke office for a year without any updates

I sent a web form the other day and I got a canned response the next day.
“We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible. Even if you haven’t heard from us recently, we’re still processing your application. You don’t need to do anything else. If we need more information, we’ll contact you.”

Has anybody received their PR card yet? I’m in B.C. and I got the eCOPR in Aug. 15. No card yet.

I have seen many people getting PR card in 4 months... usually is between 2 to 4 months the waiting time.

Anything above 2 months should trigger more attention! IRCC may just forget about you once it surpasses the SLA
