My AOR was Jul 14th, sent Schedule A on Mar 6th. Same here, no any update. Have you tried to call CIC? I plan to order GCMS notes to see what's going on. Almost two months waiting, that's awful.
I've ordered CBSA notes and they've asked for an extension for another 30days, sigh...
Then I've ordered another set of GCMS notes, hasn't arrived yet....

Hi all, my application status in now Approved as of Friday afternoon! However, I have not yet received any letter, correspondence or an official COPR letter. Is anyone else also in this situation? Any idea how long a wait there usually is between the application being approved in the IRCC system vs. receiving the COPR letter?
Same here. My application has been approved since March 2nd. Still waiting for COPR! Although temporary document numbers appeared on my CIC portal the same day my application was approved.
AOR- July 10th
VO-Ottawa, Secondary VO - etobicoke
I guess the etobicoke office people are sleeping. sigh!

Thank you for creating the help document on get gcms notes website. It's very informative. I have a question rather a dilemma, my medicals expired in November 2020 and in my cic account the medical status says, 'You do not need medical exams. We will send you a message if this changes". I have received the gcms notes after my medical exam expired, the analyst has mentioned re-assessment is required but I could not find any notes by the officer stating that it has been sent for re-assessment, is this normal? or asked to to re-meds until now. I have asked the call center agents too but they could not find any information regarding medical exam in gcms. Should I inquire about it via webform? Will the webform be escalated to the visa officer to whom my file is assigned? Is there a timeframe for the officer to respond back? I am also worrying about re-med request because the earliest appointment for medical exam is available after Sep 2021 in the province.

Also, two of my friends who applied for PR through consultants advised them that if an applicant inquires too frequently about the status of their application by call or by submitting webforms then the application assigned to an officer goes down in his/her queue, is this true? could you please advise?

I have completed 8 months of processing time and have not received any update after my biometrics were processed in Sep 2020.

Following is the current status of my application as per the gcms notes generated on Jan-22:

Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Medical Exam: Pass - Expired - Nov-2020
Criminality: Passed - 24-Sep-2020
Info Sharing: Complete
Security: Not Started
Vs meds the important thing is for Eligibility to be passed. Let the process play out and if you need a remed you will be notified.

@caipsnotes thank you for responding. The agent yesterday told that the application is in progress. I am not sure what that means when all the parts of PR application are status quo since Sep 2020 like eligibility is still showing Recommend Pass not in progress, Security is Not started. I am not understanding what should I interpret with application is in progress when actually there is no progress.

Do you know how long does visa officer takes to conclusively pass the eligibility?

My application finally got approved (and COPR) today!

I know most of the people from July have got their COPR here.
I am leaving my timeline for those of you who have been asked for ADR (Schedule A, CV, etc.)

AOR July 4th, 2020
MEP Aug 24th BIO Oct 13th
ADR Feb 1st, 2021 (Schedule A, student form, and CV) - submitted the same day, ghost update Feb 2nd
Called IRCC a week later, Eligibility Pass, Criminality In Progress, Security Not Started
GCMS notes from Jan 14th showed Eligibility Recommended Pass, Criminality In Progress, Info Sharing - Review required, Security Not Started
Ghost update Feb 21 (exactly 3 weeks), early morning 1:30AMish, Called IRCC later and learned: Criminality Passed, Info Sharing Completed, Security Started
Then silence...I still think they've sent me to a simplified security screening, ordered CBSA notes (Feb 9thish) and another set of GCMS notes - never received both
Sent a Web form on Mar 21
Ghost update Mar 22nd (exactly 1 month)
Called this morning Mar 23rd, the agent confirmed application approved, COPR received in an hour.
VO Ottawa

Just a reference, but I think the VOs are following some internal timelines to pass each stage.

All the best to the rest of you, it's almost there!

My last GCMS notes arrived in early Feb, it said Eligibility recommended pass. I guess we are in the same stage, after Schedule A, they will start to process background check. Wish us all the best!

I've never given biometrics before, this was my first time.
Maybe there is also a difference in processing time after passing to the secondary office - mine is in Winnipeg, I don't see many candidate from Winnipeg here, so maybe they process faster.
Yours should be out soon.

I just tell them I'd like to know the status of my application.
In the call, I'd ask for each stage's status - eligibility, criminality, and security, and that's it.
I don't think any of these helped to move my application forward, rather, I think they are following a certain checkpoint timing, but it could be dependant on individual VO.
Call IRCC and use the 3-4-1-0 method to reach an agent (I did this morning for the first time using this dial sequence and got to an agent in 22min), and ask them for each category of your case. If all passed, then COPR should be in the queue and it could be depending on your local centre's COPR printing speed.
