Core Fact - " your Bo$$ will not affected if anything went wrong becoz of no status left on your profile, ::) ::) It's better to be safer on your side rather than to listen your employer or blame somebody else when the time goes out of your hand's>>In-fact your employer doesn't get affected :o :o :o :o if you are in these loop hole of extending the work permit.
Moreover it's only a game of hardly 255$ i think which you can get in any week once you crossed this harsh time.. :o :o

So Think Wise and Bright..Your wishes will be granted soon my friend. :P :P

Good Luck to your Application and WORK permit :P :P

Hello everyone,

I am doing my work permit extension online. There is one required documents on my checklist.
"Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)" What does this mean? Which document should I upload to this?

Thanks,

THis might not be the exact forum for this, but I appreciate if you share your knowledge. I have applied for PR under Ontario provincial nominee last July and I have done my medical too (CIC says medical passed). The horrible thing is now I got charged with a criminal offence in Canada. I already am looking for a good lawyer but since this is my first crime! and I donno anyone else around me in this situation, I really appreciate if you guys share your knowledge and information. If you have seen a similar case to this, what has happened to them? I know if I get convicted I will most probably get kicked out of Canada! :(

THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR HELP

I hope things start to move soon guys.

its already 1st week in july and still no news from CIC. I am July 21st applicant...plus Canada Post threatening to go on strike :(
Any good news for any july applicants yet ?

we have a lot to wait yet. They stopped deliverying PPR emails when they reached June 19th applicants. and the problem is that it doesnt look like they went back to work......

All i can do is sympathize with you but pray for you. I hope your offence was not a grievous one because if was, you would most likely not get a positive feed back from CIC.

However, the idea of getting a good lawyer is great! Try to either get rid of the record before your background check processing begins, or try to reduce the magnitude of the charge with the help of the good lawyer if possible.

i wish you good luck with your situation but please stay away from crime.

Hi guys,

When I tried to see my ECAS status today, after correctly typing in my personal info, I noticed that the "next page" link phrase has been changed from "in progress" to "decision made". When I went in the "next page", there are still 4 lines (with the 4th line stating that medical results have been received). Next I went to check My CIC account info, the decision status still remains same which shows as "Not started".

Has any one noticed that change with your ECAS account?

Mine shows ''in progress''.

When did you apply? Are you inland? Nova Scotia Visa office looks like is on vacation so far.

Hi every one. Any news about passports request? I applied on July 8th 2015. My status is still "in process"
