Has anyone reused ME, issued for work permit (earlier this year), for PR? Thanks.

Mine shows ''in progress''.

When did you apply? Are you inland? Nova Scotia Visa office looks like is on vacation so far.

In land, and applied on July 25th, 2015. The link phrase of ECAS clearly shows as "decision made" other than "in progress".

Hope it's a positive decision.

Actually, this is what I was thinking about. Let's say all this no news and PPR emails is due to Canada post. That doesn't mean they cannot continue working and finishing applications. Although I'm July 6th and haven't seen any change. Let's see....

so the other june 18th, got decision made approved but no PPR email. I have checked the June post but I havent seen the second person who got PPR email.
