Call CIC and ask them to send you the IME number that they have assessed after processing your UMI number. send this IME number through case specific enquiry.
I did upfront medical on April 21, 2016. Sent receipt through CSE on April 24, received official MR on April 29. Received email from CIC that they have received my documents and attached them to my file on May 7. Yesterday I received reminder email from CIC for medical. I called CIC yesterday and asked them what's happening. they told me that they have received the receipt but may be doctor has not submitted the report yet.
I called my doctor yesterday and he told me that my reports were submitted on April 26. I called CIC today morning and told them whole situation, they kept me on wait for 5 mins and finally told me that they have already assessed my medical. She gave me (through email) IME number (different IME number in official MR) of my medical which was assessed by medical panel through UMI number. I sent this email and all other details of medical through CSE today and I hope they will get it this time.

Check your My CIC PR application status today buddy. Though I also received 2nd medical remind last week, and even I did 2nd medical, and my Doc. is waiting for blood test center to send him blood test result as of now, CIC has updated my medical status. It shows "Passed" now. So CIC did receive my upfront medical result, and did review it, and it passed. I guess the reason some of us received 2nd medical reminder was because the person who is responsible sending e-mails to all applicants didn't communicate with processing officer. For sure our upfront medical doesn't have the same IME number sent with 1st medical reminder from CIC, that's the reason why we received 2nd e-mail. Check all your My CIC account medical status recently.
